If you ask me the Hornets matchup is the best for the Pacers to survive. The Pacers didn’t want to play the red hot Wizards. You want to avoid hot teams in one game tournaments. For the Pacers to make the playoffs they needed to play the Hornets in the first game. If they win tonight they’ll probably get a struggling Celtics or a hurt Beal Wizards. The Pacers are in good position for the position they are in. However the Hornets have a chance against the Pacers but it is small in my opinion. The Pacers are a top 10 team in scoring and Hornets are in the bottom 10 scoring. That’s a problem in today’s NBA. Hornets have a shot if they make the game a defensive game they are 13th opponents PPG, and 8th opponents FG%. However for me I don't really see how they stop Sabonis, Lavert, Brogdon. The Pacers have been terrible at home going 13-23 the Hornets do have that going for them. Nonetheless the Pacers are more experienced and better and that’s why I have them winning and probably playing the Celtics for the 8th seed. Expect Sabonis to have a double double and over 20 in the paint. Pacers win 104-96.


Celtics vs Wizards Play In 7th Seed Game

If you heard the podcast you would know the Wizards are my favorite. To see them as a slight underdog we’ll take that. Celtics will host Wizards with the winner getting 7th seed and a date with the Nets. Loser goes to play for their life at home for the 8th seed. Celtics coach Brad Stevens is trying to get Celtics to his 7th straight playoff. He won’t be making his fourth conference finals however because the Celtics are super inconsistent. The Celtics were looked at as a championship team coming into this season and they have not lived up to that. They went 25-26 through the first 51 games. Yes Walker and Smart injuries hurt them a lot. Walker knees making him not who he once was at all. Smart isn’t who he used to be. Smart might not play in the play because of the calf injury. The Celtics offense has been bad outside Tatum and Brown and they won’t have Brown for this one as he’s out for the season with a hand injury. The Wizards are coming in hot going 15-5 down the stretch. Always go with the hot team in a one game playoff. Boston is better at home and the Wizards are worse on the road but to be honest in a half empty arena I don’t think that’ll help the Celtics enough. Bradley Beal won’t be 100%. However Wizards have Westbrook playing his best with his old coach Scott Brooks and Beal can score on anybody at any time. Yes take Westbrook to be top scorer and Beal to have four assists. Why prop those it’s obvious. Beal is hurt with a hamstring Westbrook will be the offense. Expect him to score a triple double but expect him to ball out. Beal will be more prone to pass or catch and shoot. The Wizards are my favorite as stated. Bet Wizards will finish off this amazing comeback beating Celtics in Boston for 7th seed 112-105

Were You Entertained? By Maybe The Greatest Game Ever How mad are the fans in Mexico City that LA got their game due to poor field conditions? What hell of game the 9-1 Chiefs and 9-1 Rams put on for us last night. The game lived up to all expectations, and more. MVP candidate Todd Gurley was hurt early in the game as he left the game around the 8 minute mark in the 4th, and didn’t get another snap until 7 minutes of game time after that. He had only 12 touches for 55 yards. Luckily his counterpart Kareem Hunt didn’t have a great game either, as he ran for 70 yards in 14 touches. Remember not great game to these Pro Bowlers standers. A task for the Rams to win was to win the turnover battle which they did, but came from a big help from young starting quarterback Jared Goff.
