Were You Entertained? By Maybe The Greatest Game Ever

Were You Entertained? By Maybe The Greatest Game Ever How mad are the fans in Mexico City that LA got their game due to poor field conditions? What hell of game the 9-1 Chiefs and 9-1 Rams put on for us last night. The game lived up to all expectations, and more. MVP candidate Todd Gurley was hurt early in the game as he left the game around the 8 minute mark in the 4th, and didn’t get another snap until 7 minutes of game time after that. He had only 12 touches for 55 yards. Luckily his counterpart Kareem Hunt didn’t have a great game either, as he ran for 70 yards in 14 touches. Remember not great game to these Pro Bowlers standers. A task for the Rams to win was to win the turnover battle which they did, but came from a big help from young starting quarterback Jared Goff. Goff through no interceptions had 413 yards throwing, a 117 QB rating, a running touchdown, and 4 touchdown passes. The biggest one came at the end of the game with about 4 minutes left to go that gave LA a 54-

College Football Week 12 Playoff Ranking Thoughts.

College Football Week 12 Playoff Ranking Thoughts. The committee has released their Week 12 Playoff rankings. The top 6 in College Football has stayed the same due to fact that none of those teams lost last week. Oklahoma was on upset alert against Oklahoma State but their defense did pull through at the end winning 48-47. Number 1 Alabama is very clear as they are in the top 10 in both total offense and defense. Their third ranked offense is leaded by Tua Tagovailoa who is 23rd in the nation in passing yards but he has only thrown one interception. More than likely everyone’s front runner for the Heisman. Nick Saban has built another team for the ages, and maybe one of Alabama best yet. As they have beaten #7 LSU and #21 Mississippi State both top 25 teams by a combined score of 53-0 in the last two weeks. It’s gonna be hard to knock the Crimson Tide in 2018-2019. Clemson at number 2 makes the most sense. They are probably the best team to compete with Alabama on both sides of th

Yes Andrew Luck is actually a once in lifetime talent which has put the Colts into a Playoff race

Yes Andrew Luck is actually a once in lifetime talent which has put the Colts into a Playoff race     Andrew Luck in 2018 is showing us why he is so special. Why that first overall pick, and even missing two seasons are worth it for Luck and the Colts. Going into the season people saw the 2018 as a season for Andrew Luck to get back in the groove of things, get a high draft pick, and basically restart the rebuilding process. That narrative didn’t seem wrong through the first six weeks as the Colts were 1-5. The Colts went back to the film room, and look to be figuring it out. They have won three in a row now with a big win against Jacksonville last week. Maybe taking the heart of the Jaguars season. At Week 6 it looked to be a wash up season but now we we sit after Week 10 the Colts can make the playoffs. It’s almost all due to Luck, and that offensive line. One big asset to have when you have a quarterback that gets hurt like Luck is to be able to protect him. The Colts offensiv

Thoughts on College Football Playoff Week 11

Thoughts on College Football Playoff Week 11 College Football Committee Top 6 Teams Goat Talk’s Top 6 Teams 6.Oklahoma-  Oklahoma is the second team out of the playoff with one loss. Their lost is to Texas which looks worse as Texas loses the last two and drops to 19 in the rankings. However Oklahoma lost early which always helps in making an argument to the committee. We believe their ranking is even to high as we think Ohio State being 10 is still a joke. Oklahoma still does have an Heisman trophy candidate in Kyle Murray at quarterback. Their offensive is beyond explosive which makes them such an interesting contender. For the Sooners it all comes down to if that defense can hold up which you shouldn’t bet on. As they have given up 24+ points to Texas Tech, Texas, Baylor, TCU, and Iowa State. Sooners have to win their last three games against Oklahoma State, Kansas, and 9th ranked West Virginia. They don’t control their own destiny they need to win out and hope for two t

Thank You Rose for At Least One Last Reminder

Thank You Rose for At Least One Last Reminder       Last night for many young to mid age basketball fans a blast from the past that we all enjoyed happened. On October 31st, 2018 Derrick Rose walked into the Target Arena in Minneapolis, Minnesota a regular sixth man and back up point guard. His whole career fans have always wondered who could have been? What if those countless knee injuries to the explosive point guard out of Memphis never happened? That’s basically sums up Rose’s career. One of the biggest question marks in NBA history. Many Rose fans and just fans in general have all seen how hard Rose has worked to get back to that 2010-2011 MVP form. After that ACL tear that sidelined Rose for 2012-2013 season we wondered if he ever be the same? He wasn’t after missing that whole season he only played ten games in 2013-2014. He played fifty-one games in 2014-2015 where we saw a flash of the past when Rose hits that game winner in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals t
