Things to Look Forward For in Basketball in 2019 Even Though Demarcus Cousins is on the Warriors June 15th -End of NBA 2018 season. June 29- Player options must be exercised by this point. Pray Kevin Durant doesn’t pick up his option to stay with the Warriors. July 1- Contracts expire free agency opens. Warriors key contracts who expire are Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, Demarcus Cousins, and Draymond Green. July 1-September 14-Pray for none to sign but will accept up to two going back to Golden State. September 15- Hope Warriors don’t open up training camp with an All Star team, and be excited to finally watch some good basketball where anyone can win. Until then *shoulder shrug*. Goat Talk Divisional Round Playoff Breakdown/Predictions Saturday 4:35 PM Colts @ Chiefs AFC Divisional Round- In my opinion the Colts at Arrowhead stadium in Kansas City against the Chiefs is the best game in the Divisional Round. The Chiefs come into their first game of the playoffs being 12-4 capturing the AFC West and that number one seed in the AFC. With the bye that gave the Chiefs number one offense in the NFL a chance to rest up. They will be playing the Colts who are the fifth seed, and beat division rival Houston Texans in the Wildcard Round on the road last week. The Chiefs are home which would presume to be an advantage in the playoffs but not for  the Chiefs. They haven't won a home playoff game since 1994. The Colts being one of those upset losses back when the Chiefs had the number one seed then the Colts and Peyton Manning upset them at home.                   NFL Wildcard Weekend Predictions Colts @ Texans- Very interesting in division matchup in the playoffs. Both teams won one and lost one in 2018. Both teams won at the away stadium. This game will be in Houston so advantage Colts? Andrew Luck has been having an MVP caliber season brining his team to levels that on paper you wouldn’t expect.
