The State of Every UFC Division Today

Image
The State of Every UFC Division Today       As we sit here today in the MMA world we are 6 days and 5 nights (that could differ on where you watched the fight) removed from Conor McGregor being knocked out by Dustin Poirier. Some of us fans are not shocked as we know how good that Louisiana tough Poirier is, others just loved seeing McGregor have to shut his mouth again. That’s not why we are here though. With the Michael Chandler win over Dan Hooker that got me thinking. The Lightweight division is in a very interest situation. It’s one of the hottest divisions around. However it’s not the only one and if we talk about one why not talk about them all? Why talk about every division after two exciting Lightweight fights? Well for one why not? Two they’re are some many fun fights in so many divisions that should be promoted like UFC 257, and we should talk about them. Now some divisions are way more fun than others. Nonetheless we’ll talk about them, breakdown the state of the division

The Top 10 Kobe Bryant Basketball Moments     On this day a year after Kobe Bryant’s, his daughter GiGi, and 7 other passengers deaths in a tragic helicopter accident I will rank my top 10 moments that we say by the late great Kobe Bryant. 10 The Famous No Flinch:  Because I don’t know if I could sleep tonight if I didn’t include this in my list.  9 The Thought of The Magic Winning Would of Been Fun I Guess: In the 2009 NBA Finals Kobe Bryant’s Lakers played against Dwight Howard’s Magic. The Magic were looking to be the underdog story as they beat the Celtics and Lebron’s Cavs on the way to the Finals. Bryant put a strike into these hopes quick and a hurry. As in game one he scored 40 points for a 25 point win over the Magic. It took only the Lakers 5 games to wrap up the Magic for Kobe’s 4th NBA Championship. Bryant averaged 28.6 PTS 8.0 TRB 3.9, he led the team in all three categories. It was Bryant’s easiest title or did he make it look like that?  8 Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryan

The Top 15 Controversial Calls of All Time  As we know sometimes the officials in any sporting event do not get the call right. So much sometimes people protest until the sport call is overturned. Yes we also know their is some calls where you are like “How do you miss that?” Ones that make you think the sport is rigged. Sports has plenty of these calls let’s go through the 15 worst in all of sports.  15 The “Holy Roller” in 1978 Raiders-Chargers Game :  In 1978 in a divisional rivalry game the Raiders vs Chargers the Raiders do a new trick play. Well an illegal trick play. The Raiders intentionally fumble the football right before they get tackled knowing they have players to recover. The Raiders kick the ball forward into the end zone and the refs rule touchdown Raiders when they recovered it in the end zone. Yes you can’t do that, and everyone knew. Former Raiders players admitted later to doing it on purpose. Also admitting they knew the referees missed the call.
